As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll create memorable first impressions with your welcoming personality, attention to detail, and elevated guest service. From check-in to check-out, you’ll help deliver personalized experiences, anticipate guest needs, and create WOW moments that make every stay unforgettable. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.35 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic manner in accordance with Company and departmental standards while maintaining composure and tact during high-volume interactions with guests, coworkers, and other departments in a fast-paced environment Provide dispatch services for guest requests including luggage assistance, room service orders, housekeeping amenities, wake-up calls, check-outs, early arrivals, late departures, messages, paging, long-distance assistance, and other special guest or administrative requests Perform data entry for service requests across housekeeping, front desk, bell, limo, facilities, and room service Dispatch bell and limo runs in accordance with front service department policies and procedures Maintain complete knowledge of room service menu items and recommend or suggest additional food options to guests WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED One (1) y
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
