1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CasinoComp ("the Site"), operated by MAX EV Holdings, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
CasinoComp is a casino and resort industry career intelligence platform, owned and operated by MAX EV Holdings, LLC. Our platform connects gaming professionals with employers, job listings, salary benchmarks, hiring signals, and industry news across 50+ gaming markets nationwide.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use CasinoComp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest business listings or user data without written permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information or reviews
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
4. Job Listings and Employer Content
Job listings on CasinoComp are sourced from employer submissions, public postings, and verified data partners. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that listing information (titles, pay, availability, or employer details) is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify directly with the employer before applying.
Employers who post jobs are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. Job postings are subject to our Employer Posting Guidelines.
5. Salary Data and Industry Intelligence
Salary benchmarks, hiring signals, and industry statistics on CasinoComp are aggregated from BLS data, employer reports, public job postings, and third-party sources. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of compensation or employment. Individual results may vary based on market, employer, experience, and other factors.
6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
CasinoComp offers paid employer plans (Featured and Enterprise) for job posting, as well as optional candidate subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize MAX EV Holdings, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis -- contact us at support@casinocomp.news within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
Payments are processed by Stripe. MAX EV Holdings, LLC does not store your full payment card details.
7. Newsletter
By subscribing to the CasinoComp newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails from CasinoComp. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We send the COMP Digest newsletter weekly on Mondays at approximately 7 AM CST.
8. Intellectual Property
The CasinoComp name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of MAX EV Holdings, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Business names, logos, and trademarks appearing in listings belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CasinoComp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MAX EV Holdings, LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAX EV Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any deals, businesses, or third-party content accessed through the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
