1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CasinoComp ("the Site"), operated by MAX EV Holdings, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

CasinoComp is a local business directory and deals platform serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, owned and operated by MAX EV Holdings, LLC. Our platform connects consumers with local businesses, deals, events, and news across DFW suburbs including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, and surrounding areas.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use CasinoComp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest business listings or user data without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information or reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

4. Business Listings

Business information on CasinoComp is sourced from public data, Google Places API, and direct business submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that listing information (hours, addresses, phone numbers, deals) is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify directly with the business before visiting.

Business owners may claim their listing and are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. Claimed listings are subject to our Business Listing Guidelines.

5. Deals and Promotions

Deals and promotions featured on CasinoComp may be affiliate-linked. We may earn a commission when you redeem a deal or make a purchase through a link on our Site. All deals are subject to availability and the terms set by the individual business or affiliate partner. CasinoComp is not responsible for the fulfillment of deals by third-party businesses.

6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

CasinoComp offers paid listing tiers (Premium and Elite) for businesses, as well as optional consumer subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize MAX EV Holdings, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us at support@casinocomp.news within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe. MAX EV Holdings, LLC does not store your full payment card details.

7. Newsletter

By subscribing to the CasinoComp newsletter, you consent to receive marketing emails from CasinoComp. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We send newsletters Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at approximately 7 AM CST.

8. Intellectual Property

The CasinoComp name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of MAX EV Holdings, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Business names, logos, and trademarks appearing in listings belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CasinoComp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MAX EV Holdings, LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAX EV Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any deals, businesses, or third-party content accessed through the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
