THE JOB: As a Cook, you will bring culinary skill, passion, and precision to every plate you prepare while helping shape an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in creating memorable “WOW” moments by combining technical expertise with a warm, welcoming presence and a genuine understanding of each guest’s unique story and needs. In this role, you will prepare all recipes and dishes to the exact specifications outlined in our recipe app, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in every service, while also working harmoniously with leadership and fellow team members to foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing kitchen environment. THE STARTING RATE: $26.6044/hr THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques Identify and safely use kitchen equipment Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1+ year of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred Strong preference for candidates with hands-on culinary experience in fast-paced kitchen environments Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work on-call, varied 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Welln

Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.
$100–$25028 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.
$40–$9026 week process

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
