As an Assistant Manager at BetMGM Sports Bar , you’ll help run the ultimate game-day destination—where great food, cold drinks, and nonstop action come together. You’ll be right in the middle of the excitement, leading your team, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly during the busiest (and most fun) moments. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Support daily operations across two high-volume sports bar venues Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service Create floor plans and manage staffing to ensure smooth, efficient operations Oversee service on the floor and jump in to support the team during peak times Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns quickly and professionally Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet business demands Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Maintain strong communication with culinary teams regarding menu and service execution Ensure compliance with gaming, alcohol, health, and safety regulations Coordinate operations during major sporting events and high-traffic periods Conduct employee evaluations and support performance management and engagement Utilize POS, inventory, and reporting systems to support daily operations THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: At least 21 Years of age Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as dis
