THE JOB: As an Events & Promotions Representative at Borgata, you will play a key role in supporting all facets of Special Events and Promotions. Your responsibilities will be carried out in alignment with departmental policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and memorable event execution. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Demonstrate customer service in line with SHOW standards. Perform assigned duties at all special events and promotions. Registers guests for events and issue complimentary items. Ensure that all items issued have been properly redeemed to players accounts. Responsible for gift card cashiering. Unload stock and prepare gifts for distribution. Comply with all NJ Regulatory requirements.
