Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Supervises and secures all games in assigned gaming area. Ensures the security of the table games and related equipment and keep clear lines of communication between table games personnel and the Surveillance Department. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of the player rating system. Keeps Scheduling Department abreast on a daily basis of any changes, check pit time starts on a weekly basis. Enforces CTGC gaming rules and regulations, internal controls, and department/company policies. Keeps abreast of “special events”, entertainment, employee activities, restaurant schedules, etc. Keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their function. Monitors business demands and makes necessary adjustments. Services guests, handles customer related issues with composure and professionalism. Services employees, handles employee related issues with composure and professionalism. Schedules Floor Supervisor assignments. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Two years’ supervisory experience in a high-volume, complex casino environment. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
