THE JOB: As a Surveillance Operator, you’ll be part of a high-impact team that works behind the scenes to protect the heart of the casino. You’ll collaborate with partner departments to ensure a safe, fair, and secure environment—empowering both employees and guests to enjoy an exceptional gaming experience while upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Be the eyes of the casino by using advanced surveillance technology to monitor live activity, identify suspicious behavior, and help protect guests, employees, and assets. Step into action behind the scenes —review video footage, investigate incidents, and document key findings that contribute to the safety and integrity of casino operations. Stay sharp and in the know by mastering game rules, regulations, and cutting-edge software while collaborating with teams across the property to support a world-class guest experience.
