About the Role

Chef Enzo Febbraro grew up in his grandmother’s kitchen in Naples and has cooked all over the world, from Paris to Nice, Munich, Madrid, Milan and London. Now more than a quarter-million guests come to Allegro each year to get a taste of his classics, such as lasagna Napoletana, lobster fra diavola with garganelli pasta and shrimp and creamy signature burrata. Positioned at the hub of Wynn action, steps from the Wynn and Encore show theaters and close to Wynn Plaza Shops, Allegro is a landmark. As a Host Person at Allegro, your role will include:  Providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.  All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.  Greeting and seating guests.  Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person.  Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating.  Assisting guest with special request.  Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner  1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred.  Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (incl. reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.  May be required to wear up to 4-inch high-heels.  Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.  Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.  Requires a Clark County Health Card and TAM Card.  Must be a minimum of 18-years of age.

Nevada
Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.

Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
