About the Role

Job Responsibilities Assist with maintaining a safe environment within the warehouse. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and records. Organizing Stock Requests, and ensuring they are placed on the log to fulfill requests by employees. Reporting all/any incorrect information on Stock Requests and PO’s to Management within a timely manner. Closing out Stock Requests as they are turned in by employees within Warehouse systems. Receiving in PO’s based on what the vendor delivers to Warehouse. Verify appropriate receipt of all items delivered; verifies quantities ordered, physical conditions, and specification of products before stored or delivered to a department. Any deliveries without a purchase order must be investigated and mostly rejected at receiving. Inspect food quality at receiving using best judgement and ensures all food & beverage deliveries are received in conjunction with the order forms. Maintain departmental shipping/receiving logs to ensure accurate tracking. All purchasing orders must state the status of the delivery (i.e., open, received, partial) Ensure all Receiving Reports are completed daily in a timely manner. Assist with all month end and quarterly inventories of non-food and food & beverage. Nevada
Clark County Sheriff's Work Card
Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

TIPS / RBS Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
Responsible alcohol service certification. Most states require TIPS, RBS (CA), or equivalent for anyone serving or selling alcohol.

National Restaurant Association food safety certification. Often required for food-handling roles at casino F&B outlets.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
