As Bus/Runner at The Buffet, your role will include: Assist the severs and other team members as needed Assist the severs in providing complimentary snacks to guests Carrying trays of food to tables and soiled items back to designated station Bringing soiled bus tubs to the designated cleaning station Clearing and resetting tables Organizing plates at the expo station, delivering food from the kitchen to the guest, and explaining the food items to the guest Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner with eye contact and intention Communicates the needs of guests to co-workers, kitchen, and management Actively participate and contribute to pre-shift meetings Execute water service as necessary Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management Full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage menu items, specifications, and allergens included  Assists with moving chairs and tables as needed  Responsible for performing table maintenance by checking on the guest throughout service Maintaining health code standards Bid farewell to
