THE STARTING PAY: $21.00 an hour THE SCHEDULE: Full Time | Swing Shift Tuesday – Saturday | 2:00pm – 11:00pm Off Sunday & Monday BR Prime Steakhouse Overview THE DAY-TO-DAY: Assist the Sous Chef with daily prep, production, and service to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish Maintain proper rotation, storage, and labeling of food to uphold freshness and control costs Monitor station setup, cleanliness, and organization to support smooth kitchen operations Support in the training and guidance of new team members to uphold departmental standards Execute precise plating and presentation that reflects BR Prime’s fine-dining standards Communicate and collaborate with kitchen leadership to meet service goals and maintain efficiency Assist with inventory, ordering as needed Uphold all sanitation, safety, and quality standards in compliance with company policies THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience in high volume cooking, or an equivalent combination of educat
