In this role, you will support front-entry operations, process admissions accurately, maintain guest counts, and help ensure entry procedures are handled efficiently across high-energy nightlife and special event venues. This position may be assigned to Encore Beach Club, Encore Beach Club at Night, XS Nightclub, Wynn Field Club, private and resort events, based on business needs. What You Will Do Complete venue-specific logs, forms, and guest access documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Assist guests with admissions, guest list inquiries, bag or coat check coordination, medication procedures, locker support, lost and found, and other entry-related service requests. Monitor guest entry flow and maintain accurate door counts. Communicate door count updates to Club Management and designated entry points every 15 to 30 minutes, or more frequently as business demands require. Process and validate drink tickets and other admission-related credentials in accordance with venue procedures. Maintain accurate records of open bar wristbands and related promoter transactions. Verify promoter tallies, staff lists, and related transaction totals for accuracy. Safeguard and reconcile assigned cash banks in accordance with company cash-handling procedures. Work collaboratively with Club Management, Hosts, Promoters, Private Events Management, and Security to support smooth and compliant venue entry operations. Maintain and verify venue retail inventory and admission-related materials as assigned. Must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with venue and regulatory requirements. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, based on business needs. Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English in a professional manner. Additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience with cash handling, basic math, and transaction accuracy is preferred. Must be able to work efficiently and collaboratively
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
