THE JOB: Step into the heart of hotel operations as a Seasonal Housekeeping Shift Manager, where you’ll help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming. This seasonal role is ideal for hospitality students or frontline employees looking to grow, offering hands-on experience with daily operations, room inspections, staff coordination, and service standards—while building leadership skills and gaining insight into back-of-house hotel operations. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Responds to and resolves employee and guest concerns Ensure the overall cleanliness of property rooms Ensures the privacy and confidentiality of guests Maintains records including repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work completed by employees. Completes daily worksheets accurately and in a timely manner. Supervises assigned floors and ensures all rooms, hallways, and other areas are cleaned to property standards THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must possess the availability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must possess at least 1 year prior relevant experience workin a s imilar supervisory or management role in a similar resort setting Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement including networking opportunities, and community voluntee
