Position Summary: Leads troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance efforts on commercial grade heating, ventilation and air conditioning with multiple zones, chillers, and boilers, DDC controls and pneumatic, electric, and programmable logics controls. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks including filter and coil cleaning. Reports on any observed security, environmental, health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions. Ensures the appropriate flow of information and communication within the assigned departments to maximize efficiencies and consistency in all operations. Ensures that all equipment, materials, techniques and procedures comply with federal, state, local codes, and regulations to the extent applicable. Actively updates preventative and predictive maintenance programs, building management system, energy management efforts, and projects to keep facility in proper operating condition always.
