Soulful Italian cuisine collides with the spirit of a classic Las Vegas steakhouse at Bond Hospitality’s Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas. Located adjacent to the private members club Zero Bond and overlooking Wynn Golf Club, Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse is a place to revel in la dolce vita — to gather, socialize, and celebrate unforgettable nights with the friends you cannot wait to dine with. Recipes rooted in Scott Sartiano’s Neapolitan heritage, iconic dishes from Sartiano’s New York flagship, and new signatures created exclusively for Wynn define the experience. The robust bistecca program, unlike any other on the Strip, balances indulgence with creativity and curiosity, featuring an impressive selection of wet- and dry-aged prime cuts and American wagyu. At Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse, guests feel an irresistible sense of belonging, surrounded by sophisticated energy. Midcentury Milanese modernist design creates a provocative yet timeless atmosphere, evoking another era while setting the stage for forward-thinking Italian dining.
