To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits Job Description: Basic functions of a Line Cook: Making prep recipes and cooking menu products to spec Receiving and ordering product Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped food items for the line Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep, line, expo stations Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dock Practicing safety and sanitation standards Having a sense of urgency Properly reading items printed on order tickets or automated Kitchen Display System Assembling orders - double checking product quality and specs Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge Involved in handling all re-cook, special prep, long ticket, large party/voucher group procedures Native Americans receive preference in accordance with Tribal Laws.

Tribal Casinos (All States)
Tribal Gaming Employee License
Issued by the specific tribe's Gaming Commission. Each tribal nation sets its own licensing standards in compliance with NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). Must be renewed annually at most properties.
$50–$20028 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Each tribal nation operates its own Gaming Commission under NIGC oversight. Licensing requirements vary by tribe but generally include a tribal gaming license, FBI fingerprinting, and background check. Common states: CA, MN, WA, AZ, CT, WI, OR, MT, OK, NM, ID, WY.
