THE JOB: As a part time Poker Room Dealer at Beau Rivage, you will create an exciting and engaging gaming experience by professionally dealing poker games while delivering exceptional guest service. You will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the game, building guest relationships, and ensuring every player feels welcomed, valued, and entertained. THE STARTING RATE: $5.55 an hour + tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Conduct and assist in the operation of poker games with professionalism and accuracy Maintain poker table banks, assist with chip runner responsibilities, and ensure accuracy of table pots and rake collections Communicate any irregular play, disputes, or unusual activity to supervisors promptly Clearly explain game instructions, rules, and procedures to players as needed Build strong guest relationships and promote the benefits of the MGM Rewards program Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment for all guests Deliver elevated guest service by anticipating guest needs and responding effectively to inquiries Notify leadership and Security of unusual events, missing items, or potential theft concerns Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth poker room operations THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Holds a High School Diploma or GED Exhibits 1+ years of prior relevant Customer Service or Hospitality experience Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Maintains professionalism, accuracy, and composure under pressure Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive prog

Mississippi
Mississippi Gaming Employee License
Required for gaming-floor employees at Mississippi licensed casinos. Process includes background check and fingerprinting.
