About the Role

The Slot Floor Person provides exceptional guest service and operational support on the slot floor, ensuring compliance with company standards, protection of assets, and a secure gaming environment. This position is critical to maintaining guest satisfaction and operational integrity. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process and verify jackpot winnings for guests, ensuring accurate payment and completion of all required documentation in compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. Maintain comprehensive written records of all cash transactions, jackpot payouts, and departmental activities with accuracy and legibility to support audit and compliance requirements. Perform routine machine maintenance operations, including door lock/unlock procedures, jam clearance, paper replenishment, and machine resets to ensure optimal guest experience and equipment functionality. Cultivate and maintain professional, courteous relationships with guests and team members to enhance the overall gaming experience and support a positive workplace culture. Operate hand-held communication devices with clear and consistent audio transmission to coordinate effectively with floor management and security personnel. Execute slot floor operations with emphasis on asset protection, fund security, and the maintenance of safe, clean, and compliant gaming areas within assigned zones. Maintain strict control and accountability of all assigned keys and security access points at all times. Required Qualifications: Minimum age of 21 years Comprehensive knowledge of applicable gaming regulations and company policies Demonstrated proficiency in communication and guest service delivery Ability to operate two-way radio communication devices effectively Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods Capacity to safely maneuver and transport items weighing up to fifty pounds Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications Preferred Qualifica
