THE JOB: The Strategic Partnerships Marketing Senior Manager supports the Executive Director of Partnerships in developing and executing strategic initiatives with key partners to maximize value for MGM Resorts, its partners, and its customers. This role plays a critical part in shaping marketing strategies by providing informed recommendations, evaluating new partnership opportunities, and leading cross-functional projects. The Senior Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with partner organizations, as well as engaging regularly with internal stakeholders across corporate and property teams. This position ensures consistent communication and alignment between all parties, while overseeing the successful execution of partnership programs. Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining productive relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams, while ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with MGM Resorts International’s policies, practices, and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Responsible for success of assigned partnerships such as Marriott, Southwest Airlines, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Thunder Valley, and Avis by developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned partners that include strategies, measurable objectives, and tactics. Manages day-to-day relationship with partner operations team and holds weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews as necessary to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Helps ensure achievement of program targets for acquisition
