About the Role

Oversee table games and team members to ensure that the safety, integrity, security and Company and regulatory policies/procedures of the above are upheld.  Supervise, coach, and support dealers.  Maintain superior customer service by identifying, cultivating and improving the established player base working towards a positive Company image whenever possible.   Must be able to deal craps. Mississippi
Mississippi Gaming Employee License
Required for gaming-floor employees at Mississippi licensed casinos. Process includes background check and fingerprinting.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Dealer School Certification
Completion of an accredited dealer school program. Certificates are issued per game (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, etc.). Most programs run 6–12 weeks.
