THE JOB: As a Convention-Banquet Sous Chef, you will help bring extraordinary events to life through exceptional culinary execution, creativity, and world-class hospitality. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain quality and proper presentation of food Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Passionate culinary leader with 2+ years of experience in high-volume banquet, convention, or restaurant operations Strong background in banquet operations, CBA production, hot line execution, and large-scale event culinary preparation Flexible and dependable with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods High School Diploma or GED required THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive prog
