THE DAY-TO-DAY: Lead, motivate, and engage Slot Operations team members throughout your shift Foster a positive, high-performing work environment that supports employee growth and retention Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards Oversee daily slot floor operations, ensuring team members are executing duties effectively Communicate consistently with staff—sharing updates, coaching performance, and addressing feedback Train, mentor, and develop employees to meet departmental goals and advance their careers Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently Delegate responsibilities and manage workloads to ensure seamless operations Ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and operational procedures Monitor and account for company assets, equipment, and sensitive keys during each shift Assist with performance management, including documentation, coaching, and disciplinary actions Support Shift Manager with projects, reporting, and operational initiatives THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of
