About the Role

As Cocktail Server your role will include:  Job Responsibilities:  The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing quality guest serving beverages, food, and amenities in all areas as assigned. The Cocktail Server/ Model participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events, Banquet service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events.  Must be able to communicate fluently in English to guest and co-workers.  Must have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, mixed cocktails; experience in European Bottle service preferred, but not required.  Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage, banquet, or nightclub setting; previous model/ presenter experience preferred, but not required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.  Requires the ability to work within a team environment. If hired in a steady extra (SE) position, the Cocktail Server-Model must be available to work all shifts; including Day, Swing and Grave shift.

Nevada
Clark County Sheriff's Work Card
Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

TIPS / RBS Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
Responsible alcohol service certification. Most states require TIPS, RBS (CA), or equivalent for anyone serving or selling alcohol.

ServSafe Food Handler Certification
National Restaurant Association food safety certification. Often required for food-handling roles at casino F&B outlets.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
