Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: Oversees front line employees and ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures Assigns daily responsibilities for the staff throughout the shift Responsible for the care and control of guest and company vehicles and equipment Monitors employee performance and provides coaching, recognition and discipline accordingly Handles and resolves guests complaints promptly and effectively Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures employees have the tools they need to perform their jobs Maintains company vehicles and equipment Reports operating issues and concerns to management Completes annual performance evaluations and development period reviews for direct reports Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent One year of supervisory experience in a large-scale operation with a multi-faceted transportation/parking operation Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Training Requirements: Must complete all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training courses Knowledge of Ascent, EmpowerTime and Manager Self Service systems Knowledge of CVPS valet software system Knowledge of Livery Coach and Micros systems Understanding of Command center operations, including

Licensing Requirements

Tribal Casinos (All States)
Tribal Gaming Employee License
Issued by the specific tribe's Gaming Commission. Each tribal nation sets its own licensing standards in compliance with NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). Must be renewed annually at most properties.
$50–$20028 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Each tribal nation operates its own Gaming Commission under NIGC oversight. Licensing requirements vary by tribe but generally include a tribal gaming license, FBI fingerprinting, and background check. Common states: CA, MN, WA, AZ, CT, WI, OR, MT, OK, NM, ID, WY.
