The Housekeeping Department Manager is responsible for orchestrating the seamless operations of assigned areas to ensure the distinguished Wynn standards of elegance and refinement are consistently upheld. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Uphold the Wynn standards of impeccable cleanliness and refined aesthetics across all housekeeping domains, including guest suites, back-of-house spaces, and public areas through meticulous inspections and rigorous quality assurance protocols. Lead and mentor all staff levels, including assistant managers, supervisors, and team members, through strategic coaching, comprehensive performance evaluations, and constructive feedback while fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Develop and optimize daily shift schedules, execute opening and closing procedures with precision, and establish timelines for daily, weekly, monthly, and specialized cleaning initiatives to ensure flawless execution. Provide clear strategic direction, establish measurable goals with defined timeframes, and monitor progress to achieve exceptional results while addressing guest concerns with grace and professionalism. Ensure staff are equipped with premium tools and comprehensive support by maintaining accessibility, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and establishing clear expectations for all assignments. Maintain transparent communication with assistant managers and senior leadership regarding operational barriers, staff performance insights, and departmental standards to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
