Position Summary: Observes all gaming and property activity including but not limited to, cashiering operations, slot operations, cash handling, and count rooms. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Utilizes the necessary surveillance equipment to respond to, identify and record questionable activities Digitally records activities in the casino, count rooms, slot booths, cashier cages, and back of house areas, and reports all illegal and unusual activity Completes training on an ongoing basis Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED ; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD) Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Candidate is open and receptive to learning new methods. Must possess strong reading, listening, writing, and visual skills and hand-eye coordination. The ability to effectively learn and demonstrate proficiency in surveillance camera operation is required. Must be able to observe and report in an objective manner. Ability to work in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods of time. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
