THE JOB: As a Wok Cook at Beau Rivage, you’ll bring energy, precision, and flavor to every dish you create. Specializing in high-heat, fast-paced wok cooking, you’ll prepare fresh, made-to-order menu items while delivering consistency, quality, and presentation that exceed guest expectations. THE STARTING RATE: $19.21 an hour THE SCHEDULE: Full Time | Swing Shift Wednesday - Sunday | 2:30pm - 10:30pm Off: Monday & Tuesday Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs JIA Overview THE DAY-TO-DAY: Prepare and wok-cook menu items following established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards Work with speed and precision to meet service demands in a high-volume environment Taste and evaluate dishes to ensure quality, consistency, and flavor standards are met Monitor production levels and assist with planning, requisitioning, and inventory needs Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper temperature and time controls Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation at all times Communicate with the Chef and leadership team to address any issues or needs on the line Assist with menu execution, service support, and breakdown of kitchen operations Work live cooking stations when needed while maintaining professionalism and presentation standards THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Demonstrates experience in high-volume wok cooking or similar fast-paced culinary environments Thrives under pressure and maintains consistency during peak service times Exhibits a solid understanding of food safety and s

Required for gaming-floor employees at Mississippi licensed casinos. Process includes background check and fingerprinting.
