About the Role

As Beverage Shift Manager, you will serve as a key leader in our luxury beverage operations, collaborating closely with the Director of Beverage to oversee the distinguished beverage operations of Wynn’s extravagant bars and lounges. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Beverage to oversee the sophisticated operations of all bars and lounges, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintaining Wynn’s elevated standards of excellence across each distinguished venue. Curate and manage premium inventory and supplies to support seamless operations, while coordinating and communicating effectively with all operating departments to ensure the beverage team mirrors the grandeur and sophistication of Wynn’s circle of excellence Maintain and preserve Wynn’s luxury assets and equipment through meticulous handling and storage practices, implementing rigorous maintenance protocols to protect Wynn’s premium property and minimize loss. Ensure all bars and lounges exceed rigorous health and sanitation standards, maintaining impeccable work areas and equipment that reflect Wynn’s commitment to excellence and guest and employee safety. Cultivate, develop, and evaluate the beverage team, fostering a culture of professionalism and suburb excellence that aligns with Wynn’s luxury brand standards. Minimum of two (2) years of distinguished beverage experience, preferably as a Beverage Shift Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting Must be twenty-one years of age or older Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hospitality management systems Ability to obtain and maintain all requisite licensing and active work cards required for this position, both presently and in the future Demonstrated excellence in leadership and elite team management with proven ability to cultivate, develop, and evaluate beverage staff to Wynn's highest standards of world-c

Nevada
Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.

Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.
$40–$9026 week process

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
