THE JOB: As an Apprentice Bartender at Vdara, you will learn the craft of mixology while delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a lively resort setting. You will support bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during service. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on training in cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and bar operations. THE STARTING RATE: $15.804 USD Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non‐alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes while maintaining sufficient stock of all items. Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Is 21+ years of age Preferably 1+ years of experience in a high-volume resort setting. TIPS / RBS Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
Responsible alcohol service certification. Most states require TIPS, RBS (CA), or equivalent for anyone serving or selling alcohol.
