The Marketing Model Cocktail Server is responsible for serving guests and assisting the Food Server, Bus Person, Bar, and Kitchen teams while providing prompt tableside service and genuine hospitality to everyone. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Greet members & guest in a positive, friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes listed in the reservation details or CRM. Display mastery of all spirit brands, cocktail menu structure, ingredients, presentation methods, classic and specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, designated glassware, terminology, garnishes, non-alcoholic beverages, specifications, and allergy information. Demonstrate working knowledge of wine and champagne characteristics and descriptions. Consistently follow the standardized sequence of service procedures. Take food and beverage orders and execute wine/beverage service. Build and maintain relationships with members. Perform table maintenance and check on guests throughout service. Complete opening and closing side work. Maintain health code standards and table cleanliness using a silent service approach. Handle member & guest checks and financial transactions accurately. Bid farewell to members & guests using their name when known and encourage return visits. Maintain professionalism and anticipate guest needs with urgency. Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available. Know designated glassware and garnishes for each drink. Complete opening duties including folding napkins, stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and rectifying deficiencies. Input orders into POS system quickly and accurately. Ensure guests receive an elevated experience in both lounge and dining areas. Adapt to different guest types, whether dining or enjoying cocktails. Highly motivated and energetic personality
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
