THE JOB: Are you ready to bring excitement and great service to the table? As a Baccarat and Craps Dealer, your main job is to deal various table games while providing excellent guest service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every game runs smoothly and in compliance with all laws and company rules. Your role is key in creating a fun, professional, and memorable experience for all players. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Deal various games like Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and Poker, including their variations. Handle transactions accurately, such as exchanging cash or markers for chips, collecting losing bets, paying winning bets, and collecting commissions. Report any unusual or irregular play, disputes, or issues with the game to supervisors or Table Games Managers. Notify supervisors of mistakes or claims and follow their instructions to resolve them. Announce player instructions, card totals, and results clearly, according to each game's rules. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at the table. Provide excellent service to guests, address their needs, and resolve complaints when possible. If necessary, refer to management. Report any unusual events, missing items, or theft to supervisors or security.
