THE JOB: Step into a dynamic leadership role as a Table Games Floor Supervisor, where you’ll bring energy and expertise to the gaming floor. You’ll oversee table game operations, support and mentor team members, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, well-managed experience. From managing table activity to maintaining accuracy and compliance, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and exciting environment. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customer with a high degree of proficiency and that superior customer service is provided to guests Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policy Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play Reconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipment Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to Notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager immediately of any unusual activity of high limit play or if damage/tampering of equipment is suspected THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED is Required 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is Required Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is Required THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healt

Licensing Requirements

New Jersey
NJ Casino Employee Registration (CER)
Required for most gaming-floor employees in Atlantic City. Includes criminal background check, financial history review, and fingerprinting through the NJDGE.
$200–$400412 week process

FBI Background Check / Fingerprinting
Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Dealer School Certification
Completion of an accredited dealer school program. Certificates are issued per game (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, etc.). Most programs run 6–12 weeks.
$500–$3000616 week process

Note: NJ has one of the most rigorous licensing processes in the US. A Casino Employee Registration is the standard credential for most gaming-floor workers. Key employees and casino service industry employees need full licenses.
