Job Summary: Under the direction of the Player Development Manager, this professional is responsible for building relationships with new and current customers. Acquiring a strong knowledge of Unity Card rewards program that include daily promotions as well as all upcoming promotions. This will all be achieved through interactions with customers on the casino floor, at special events; as well as by phone and email.
