THE JOB: As an Environmental Services Utility, you play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and memorable environment for every guest. THE STARTING RATE: $23.876 Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment Contains and cleans biohazardous materials Replenishes supplies when necessary THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and polished environment Service-driven mindset with an understanding of how cleanliness impacts the overall guest experience Reliable and flexible, able to work on-call shifts including weekends and holidays, with the ability to respond to coverage needs as they arise Experience with professional cleaning equipment preferred Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Health Card as required for the role THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as
