Provide first-level technical support by performing basic and advanced troubleshooting, incident tracking, and problem resolution for IT hardware and software systems Respond to IT alerts and support requests at the property and regional levels to restore critical systems and minimize downtime Install, configure, monitor, and maintain IT hardware and software across data centers, network closets, and end-user environments Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on IT equipment, including hardware diagnostics, software updates, and system optimization Analyze and resolve IT hardware and software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to all safety and security protocols Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-users, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals Document all work performed using the company's tracking and ticketing systems, ensuring accurate records and clear communication with team members Participate in hardware and software deployment initiatives, including testing, installation, and user training Assist in inventory management of IT assets and maintain accurate documentation of equipment and stock levels Collaborate with senior engineers and IT Operations teams on complex technical issues and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions Provide scheduled on-cal
