THE JOB: The Vice President of Creative & Content Services leads the internal Creative Services team across three core pillars: Creative Design, Creative Production, and Creative Operations. This role is responsible for shaping the organization's visual identity, content output, and technological modernization of the creative function. The VP is a practitioner-leader with deep expertise in creative execution, setting high standards through hands-on knowledge of craft and process. They foster an agile, agency-like culture and drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence across the creative ecosystem—developing self-service models, scaling content output, and aligning creative strategy with the speed of the business. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Lead the creative vision and establish and uphold the overall creative standard, ensuring all content and design work reflects a modern, premium, and strategically aligned brand identity. Drive AI-Powered creative transformation and lead the adoption and integration of AI across creative workflows to increase speed, scale, efficiency, and innovation while protecting brand integrity. Oversee the Creative Services Organization and direct and develop the Creative Design, Media Production, and Creative Operations functions through empowered executive leadership. Champion creative excellence through craft expertise and provide practitioner-led guidance rooted in deep technical and creative knowledge across design, storytelling, production, and execution. Scale Omnichannel Content Production and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality creative asset
