THE JOB: As a Ticketing Representative, you’ll be the gateway to unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll help guests secure tickets to exciting shows, events, and attractions across our properties while delivering warm, personalized service. From handling transactions with accuracy to turning challenges into positive experiences, you’ll play a key role in creating moments guests can’t wait to enjoy.
