About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties required for the DR Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeping Floor Supervisor role in accordance with state gaming regulations
  • Maintain a professional and guest-focused demeanor at all times

  • Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license (NY)
  • Prior casino or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

New York
New York Gaming Employee License
Required for gaming employees at NY licensed casinos (Resorts World Catskills, del Lago, etc.). Background investigation and fingerprinting required.
$100–$300412 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.
$40–$9026 week process
Dealer School Certification
Completion of an accredited dealer school program. Certificates are issued per game (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, etc.). Most programs run 6-12 weeks.
$500–$3000616 week process

Note: NY has commercial casinos, tribal casinos, and racinos. Commercial casino employees go through the NYSGC. NYC-area casino licenses are in the licensing pipeline as of 2025.
