Position Summary: Provide a clear vision of the company mission to restaurant team members assuring all are clear on tasks to achieve and expected execution. Responsible for the appearance of operation each day (prior, during, and post-closing). Meets and exceeds all standards for operations. Provide an ongoing daily presence in the operation, interacting with guests, FOH and BOH staff and peer managers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Assures cleanliness in all areas of restaurant and around perimeter. Document and administer all discounts, voids, comps, and transactions. Leads, directs, and manages all FOH staff as it relates to hiring, discipline, training, and coaching. Communicate with other FOH and BOH managers daily as needed to review all parts of the business operation. Ensure that all company policies are adhered to and maintained. Provide top leadership regarding representing the brand to guests. Ensure that all personnel matters and documentation are professionally handled and coordinated with the Restaurant Manager and HR. Ensure safe and sanitary food practices, including compliance with all Health Department regulations as it relates to BOH and FOH operations. Order beverage items as needed and directed by the Restaurant Manager (s) and Restaurant Operations Manager. Write shift reports after every shif
