Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: Demonstrates and adherence to Slot Operations Customer Service Standards, our Core Values and the Spirit of Aquai Responsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of the slot machines, slot data collection system, progressive control systems and related equipment Repairs and maintains shufflers, chippers, and any electronic items pertaining to gaming equipment and tables Performs repairs on Plexi-glass including the fabrication of Plexi-glass related project requests Performs routine as well as in-depth troubleshooting and maintenance on low voltage electro-mechanical table game equipment Documents and reports all daily activities and repairs conducted during the shift Safeguards against theft and ensures the security and integrity of all Tribal assets Reports any concerns that may affect the operation to management Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Handles complaints according to established company and department policies and procedures Maintains a clean and safe environment Responsible for all department logs and labor recording pertinent to the day-to-day job duties Assists departmental Directors with special projects, as needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical equipment Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Thorough understanding
