THE JOB: It is the primary responsibility of the Executive Director of Casino Marketing Strategy to effectively market, evaluate, recruit, establish and maintain a professional relationship with high-end casino guests and Casino Marketing Executives alike. In partnership with the Vice President of Casino Marketing for the assigned properties, this role leads the development and execution of customer development strategies aimed at enhancing guest engagement, loyalty and long-term value to the organization. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Set strategic direction and drive results for Marketing and Casino Marketing VIP Services Participate in developing marketing strategies to increase volume and market share; investigate potential opportunities for incremental revenue whenever possible Implement customer development strategy in partnership with Vice President of National Marketing and Corporate Casino Marketing Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure premium player overall experience expectations are consistently met and address service shortfalls promptly by engaging directly with guests to recover and rebuild relationships when necessary Maintain a deep understanding of casino operations and dynamics across all South Pod properties and develop and implement strategies that drive business growth with a company-wide mindset Design and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the capabilities of the casino host team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and

Nevada
Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.
$100–$25028 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
