About the Role

The Zero Bond Food Runner ensures that all dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, while maintaining Zero Bond’s elevated standards of hospitality. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food menu items, delivery etiquette, position numbers, and steps of service. The Food Runner also assists with pre-bussing, resetting tables, and supporting both the culinary and service teams to create an exceptional dining experience for all members.  Key Responsibilities:   Deliver food from the kitchen to tables with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring correct table and position placement.  Verbally communicate with the kitchen and expeditor to confirm dishes, modification (e.g., allergies, dietary needs, requests).  Spiel menu items, including preparation, ingredients, and modifications.  Maintain complete knowledge of the food menu, including specifications, allergens, and garnishes.  Support servers with table maintenance, including pre-bussing, resetting tables, and ensure table markings are complete prior to food delivery.  Act as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.   Communicate guest needs or feedback to kitchen, management, and service teams in real time.  Uphold Clark County Health Department standards for food handling and cleanliness.  Complete all opening, closing, and ongoing side-work duties as assigned.  Greet members and guests with warmth, eye contact, and professionalism.  Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency, discretion, and attentiveness.  Maintain Wynn’s uniform, grooming, and presentation standards at all times.  Attend all required training sessions and pre-shift briefings to stay informed of daily priorities, new offerings, and member notes.  Collaborate wit

Nevada
Clark County Sheriff's Work Card
Required for all employees working in Clark County (Las Vegas area) gaming establishments. Applied for through the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Renewed annually.
