Position Summary: The Store Supervisor is primarily responsible for the guidance and oversight of frontline team members through the daily operation involving delivering outstanding customer service, food service preparation, gas station service and overall delivery of all products and services. Our store is open 24/7 and our store leadership is expected to be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Supervise the day-to-day activities of store team members Control cash handling Responsible for scheduling all deliveries and keeping accurate records of all receivables and outgoing packages for the store Coordinate with the warehouse ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of store goods coming through the warehouse Supervise the day-to-day tasks related to inventory, receiving, tracking, rotating and stocking of all products Maintain a sharp focus on delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns Comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and company policies Maintain site appearance standards Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD) 2
