THE JOB: Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? As a Front Desk Representative, you'll be the first to greet our guests, setting the stage for extraordinary moments. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts, providing excellent service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues. Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for early/late arrivals, walk-ins, and all related tasks. Enhance guest experiences by offering upgrades when available. Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests and expectations. Accurately process charges, payments, and transactions while following cash handling procedures. Manage key issuance while ensuring guest security, privacy, and a seamless experience throughout their stay. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to recognize and respond to individual needs, handling situations calmly and professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (phone, copier, fax). Well-organized, able to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently with attention to detail. Strong listening and judgment skills. Knowledge of room capacities and amenities.
