THE JOB: As a Table Games Dealer, you’ll play a key role in creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests. In this role, you will deal assigned table games with accuracy and efficiency while delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll ensure all games are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. THE STARTING RATE: $12 plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Proficiently deal one or more game types, such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations, while clearly communicating player instructions, card totals, game outcomes, and other required information in accordance with established procedures Maintain a courteous, guest-focused atmosphere at the table, delivering exceptional service, staying attentive to player needs, and responding promptly and effectively to inquiries Safeguard and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers, closers, and marker transactions Exchange cash or markers for chips, collect losing bets, pay winning bets, and collect commissions in accordance with the rules of the games dealt. Promptly communicate any irregular or suspicious play, disputes, mistakes, or claims to supervisors or Table Games Managers, and resolve issues only as directed by a supervisor Notify a supervisor and/or Security of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Has High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 6+ months of experience dealing multiple table games in a simila

Nevada
Nevada Gaming Work Permit
Required for all gaming employees in Nevada. Applied for after hire. Background investigation conducted by the NGCB.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Dealer School Certification
Completion of an accredited dealer school program. Certificates are issued per game (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, etc.). Most programs run 6–12 weeks.

Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
