Safe Transport: Load and unload catering equipment and food, ensuring items are secured to prevent spills or damage during transit. On-site Setup: Unload, arrange, and present food displays at client locations (e.g., buffets, corporate meetings) exactly as requested. Customer Service: Act as the face of the business by greeting clients professionally, answering basic menu questions, and handling last-minute adjustments. Qualifications & Skills Driver’s License: Valid state driver’s license (a CDL may be required for operating larger, heavy-duty catering trucks). Clean Driving Record: A safe driving history with no major traffic violations. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs, elevators, or loading docks while carrying heavy catering trays. Time Management: Strong navigational skills and the ability to strictly adhere to precise event timelines. Communication: Professional, polite, and service-oriented demeanor

TIPS / RBS Alcohol Seller-Server Certification
Responsible alcohol service certification. Most states require TIPS, RBS (CA), or equivalent for anyone serving or selling alcohol.
