THE DAY-TO-DAY: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to support recruiting needs, staffing strategies, and hiring goals across assigned divisions. Being able to build and maintain these relationships is a plus! Source, screen, and recommend top talent using your own creative recruitment strategies, social media, job boards, networking, and community partnerships. Manage recruitment processes in WorkDay, including requisitions, applicant tracking, compliance, reporting, and hiring workflow support. Represent MGM Resorts International at job fairs, conferences, and community events while promoting the company as an employer of choice. Lead hiring projects, recruitment campaigns, and process improvements to attract diverse, high-quality candidates. Build strong candidate relationships, deliver an exceptional hiring experience, and stay current on employment laws, market trends, and industry best practices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Bachelor's Degree is preferred 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
