THE JOB: The EVS Utility Porter role at MGM Springfield is ideal for candidates with prior professional cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment. This role requires hands-on experience operating floor care and specialty cleaning equipment , maintaining high cleanliness standards, and safely handling materials in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting. Flexibility to work varied shifts and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and service excellence are essential. THE STARTING RATE: $20.35 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment Contains and cleans biohazardous materials Keep all equipment properly maintained, clean, and free of marks THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience is preferred Experience with professional cleaning equipment is preferred Experience with professional cleaning equipment is preferred Able and willing to work a Full-Time schedule (40hours per week), overnight shift, 11p-7:45am including weekends and holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Healthcare, financial and time off benefits Company-issued uniform and dry-cleaning Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts
