THE JOB: As a Fountain Worker for Quick Service Restaurants at Bellagio , you will create a welcoming and efficient guest experience within a fast‑paced café and quick service environment, supporting outlets such as Palio, Gelato, Snacks, and Starbucks. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workspace that meets Bellagio’s high standards. With a friendly, guest‑focused approach, you will engage with guests, understand their preferences, and deliver prompt, personalized service that enhances their visit. By combining attention to detail, teamwork, and a sense of urgency, you will help create enjoyable, convenient dining moments and memorable WOW experiences throughout the property. THE STARTING RATE: $16.711 hourly + tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, count
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
