THE JOB: As a Host, you're the frontline hero, the first smile guests see and the heartbeat of our dining experience. Your mission? To dazzle with impeccable courtesy and a lightning-fast welcome, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they step through our doors. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Customer Service : Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant. Reservations Management : Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special request. Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details. Menu Management : Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition. Cleanliness and Organization : Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium.
